What is your hair type?
Our hair is Remy hair, the hair cuticle from root to tip is in the same direction. No shedding, no tangling.
Is there any hair grade standard?
To be honest, there is no standard for hair grade. Each supplier set its own grade like 5a ,6a ,8 a, even 10 a, so hair grade is not comparable.
What is origin of your hair
Our Remy hair is mostly from Cambodia, Soft and silky.
What is delivery time for the order?
Normally 2 days after payment, shipping will take 3-5 days
Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yeah, you can order 2-3 bundles to test quality first, customers pay for the sample fee.
We do not support free samples, kindly be noted.
Is there any customs tax?
When you import hair from china, there be tax by local customs. Sometimes customers will request us to declare less invoice value to minimize or avoid tax. We will do as customers request, but any tax or other consequences caused by low invoice value will be customers responsibility.
How to take care of your extensions
Make sure to rinse thoroughly.

* Your fingers are the most effective way to massage the shampoo & conditioner into your hair.
* Avoid using hot water.
* Do not apply conditioner to the scalp.
